Tiffany and Michael’s Richmond Belle Isle engagement session is the perfect example of why this is one of my favorite portrait session locations in the area! Belle Isle is gorgeous year round, but especially when the greenery is back in the spring and summer. The fields and forests are perfect for couples looking for a natural, greenery-backdrop. We’re also a short walk to the rocks that give us an easy waterfront location.
Being fellow believers that you can never be too dressed up for your portrait session, Tiffany and Michael opted for elegant monochrome attire. We loved the contrast of their outfits against Belle Isle’s greenery! Michael’s grey suit was a great choice to coordinate with Tiffany’s black maxi dress. Choosing a different shade rather than the same color is a stylish way to coordinate outfits without being overly matchy.
We also scheduled their session to line up with Tiffany’s hair and make-up trial. Dena of Dena Leann Artistry is one of my favorite Richmond make-up artists. As always, she did such a gorgeous job getting our bride glammed up. Scroll to see more from their session!
