Kristen and Jose’s Bethesda Terrace portrait session was the perfect way to show off this iconic Central Park location. They came to celebrate their upcoming 9 year anniversary as well as Jose’s birthday. The couple were visiting from Tampa, Florida, so experiencing Central Park was at the top of their bucket list. Being fellow photographers at Photo Harp Weddings, they had a pretty good idea of what they were looking for. Working with fellow photographers is always a great experience. I took the couple around a couple different locations within the park, the beauty of New York City never ceases to amaze me!
Kristen and Jose celebrated their 9 year anniversary in the city, and Jose’s birthday! The couple planned a quick 3 day trip to celebrate two massive milestones and occasions in one. I like bringing couples to Central Park at sunrise. It’s a great way to have the place to yourself, and makes for a great time to explore. If you’re in New York City and looking for a unique experience, consider a Bethesda Terrace engagement session.
The couple’s session was perfect inspiration for a Bethesda Terrace engagement session, highlighting the incredible architecture found throughout the area. Bethesda Terrace and Bethesda Fountain are both incredible locations for any summer Central Park engagement session. The combination of the two unique spots allows for versatile imagery, between the timeless feel of the terrace, and chic outdoor look of the fountain there are endless opportunities for your Bethesda Terrace engagement session. Whether opting for a sunrise session or just exploring the grounds during the day, Bethesda Terrace never disappoints.
